The Organizational Change Lead must derive outcome from stakeholder feedback analysis in terms of key performance
indicator measures, as planned.
This outcome has to be studied and evaluated against defined baselines indicative of:
-
Leadership’s vision and intent of the change
-
Extent of change adoption
-
Commitment to the new ways of working.
In case there is a variance between the actual and defined key performance indicator values, a root cause analysis for
the same must be performed. Corrective and preventive actions for these root causes must be proposed and implemented to
reinforce the change. The effectiveness of these proposed corrective actions must be monitored.
On successful go-live of the change, the task of preparing the Run team must be taken up immediately. This can be
typically achieved through “one-team” workshops. This is to create a “one-team” regardless of where the team member may
be located and provide them with the tools and protocols to be effective from day one.
Create repository of lessons learnt during the change implementation and share it with all the relevant stakeholders.
